FOOT, KNEE, AND HIP HEALTH WORKSHOPS!
This is the workshop you NEVER knew you needed!
It's not just about your feet, but your whole posterior chain, your spine, and your nervous system!
Your feet are your ANCHOR, and if your ANCHOR is unstable, collapsed, squished in shoes, and unhealthy, then you can guarantee the rest of your vehicle is going to be experiencing imbalances from the ground up affecting your knees, hips, lower back, and posture.
This also plays a huge role in how your body learns to adapt due to your everyday environment. If our bodies are failing from the ground up, we use devices, sit in chairs and wear elevated shoes, our nervous system learns that our body is in protection mode…we live in a chronic state of fight flight, meaning our bodies struggle to heal inflammation, burn stubborn belly fat, and we suffer poor digestive issues and pain.
In these three hour immersive and playful workshops, I share about the important role our feet play in the health of our knees, hips and spine, and the possibility that if you are experiencing symptoms upstream, we need to potentially look towards the root of the issue.

Meet Megs!
Meg Linton is the author of Watch ya Language, a movement and yoga teacher who loves to see others feel good in the bodies and minds.
She has been sharing her work for over 20 years and works with kids, teens & adults, helping them shift off their devices and back into their bodies.
Offering tools from the polyvagal theory to help regulate, rewire and shift their self talk.
Meg has been teaching Yoga for nearly ten years and has been a practicioner of movement, handstands and calisthenics for over a decade. She started in the fitness industry at the age of 19 and is currently in the process of writing her next book, The Perfection Pandemic. A guide on how Social Media, gaming and devices are shaping our bodies and shifting our self talk.
Working in Schools across NSW and New Zealand, she has presented to many kids and teens about how important it is to get to know our bodies from the inside out so that we know we have a choice in the world we are living in today.
